Caterpillar’s biggest Parts Distribution Center outside the U.S. is located in Grimbergen, Belgium and occupies an area of 22 hectares. The availability of spare parts is 94 to 96% for over 250,000 line items and the Center ships over 300 tons of parts daily. The Center is fully computerized and makes deliveries to all dealers of the company, which are more than 200 all over the world.
