For the period of the extended warranty we provide a Full Service Agreement for maintenance and repair, with preferential conditions for 360-degree solutions:
• Fixed rates during the agreement's period
• Payment only after the service is actually provided in accordance with the smu of
the machine and not on a subscription basis.
The Full Service Agreement covers: periodic inspections as per the manufacturer’s instructions for operation and maintenance, labour and components (parts, filters and fluids). In order to guarantee the equipment’s technical availability, certain parts and consumables are replaced preventively after a certain number of hours. As a result, this Service Agreement reduces the machine downtime to a minimum.
The Full Service Agreement allows you to leave the equipment maintenance to the care of Eltrak Bulgaria’s specialists. Apart from knowing the CAT machines in detail, they are extremely mobile and well equipped with specialized CAT software and diagnostic tooling. The customer visit schedule is coordinated and planned well ahead. The Eltrak’s large stock availability of genuine CAT parts will additionally optimize your equipment operating costs.
