Service Programs

Eltrak Bulgaria also offers the Caterpillar programs for reduction of the operating costs of maintenance – CAT Reman (remanufactured spare parts) and Classic Parts (new parts for equipment aged over 15).

CAT Reman. Program is based on the process of remanufacturing of spare parts. Performed in Caterpillar facilities under the same conditions and procedures of technology and quality as those of new parts, this process recovers the “vital forces” of the product at the end of its operating life. Eltrak Bulgaria sends CAT the customer’s end-of-life product (before it is damaged irreparably) and receives a remanufactured replacement. The price of such reman part is as lower as the better the condition of the returned part is and it is backed by the Cat Reman like-new warranty. CAT Reman is environmentally friendly, reducing waste and minimizing the need for raw materials.

 

                                                                    Classic Parts. Program is targeted at the owners of CAT equipment aged over 15. This Program minimizes the repair costs and eliminates the risk of using parts that are not genuine ones. All products included in this Program are as cheap as possible (even in comparison with the reman ones), although they are newly manufactured. These spare parts are backed by the standard CAT warranty, as they have been analyzed and approved by Caterpillar engineers. Their maximum life is shorter compared to the one of the new parts, as they are oriented to end-of-life machines. These parts fulfil all the standards in machine building industry, and their quality is considerably higher than that of spare parts offered on the market which are not genuine ones.
