Product Support Services

The Preventive Maintenance includes various programs for complete equipment inspection and technical analysis, as well as separate programs for inspection of the hydraulic system, undercarriage, etc.

The Customer Service Agreements for warranty and after-sales warranty services include 3 levels:

• Inspection + - which covers an annual inspection, parts coverage for maintenance services, S.O.S analysis and recommendations for maintaining the machines optimum technical availability;

• Maintenance – covers all services, included in"Inspection +", but in stead of annual, the inspections are regular, in accordance with the  manufacturer’s instruction for operation and maintenance, plus labour and the required items ( parts, filters, fluids) for such maintenance.

 Maintenance and repair – coverage for maintencance and repair services plus labour and parts. To guarantee the machine technical availability  some parts and consumables are replaced after a certain number of hours.
