Service and Spare Parts
Eltrak Bulgaria has service centers in Sofia, Varna, Bourgas and Stara Zagora, in which CAT customers are offered warranty and post-warranty services, preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair services. Eltrak Bulgaria follows Caterpillar instructions for the machines maintenance and uses original CAT spare parts and consumables. Fifteen mobile service specialists with fully equipped service vehicles cover the territory of the country and ensure the maintenance of the machines on the customers’ job sites.
In order to provide maximum promptness of the response in servicing the customers’ equipment, Eltrak Bulgaria maintains parts stock availability in excess of 10 000 line items. Those parts which are not in stock are delivered in maximum 10 days – for standard orders, and in 24 hours – for emergency orders, if the parts are available in the European Distribution Center.
Besides the standard services, Eltrak Bulgaria also trains its customers in the management and maintenance of their CAT machine fleet.
