Service and Spare Parts
Eltrak Bulgaria has 4 service centers throughout the country - in Sofia, Varna, Burgas and Stara Zagora, in which CAT customers are offered warranty and after-sales warranty services, preventive maintenance programs and equipment repair services. Eltrak Bulgaria follows Caterpillar instructions for the machines maintenance and uses original CAT spare parts, components and consumables.
To provide complete customer support Eltrak Bulgaria maintains a parts stock availability in excess of 10 000 line items and those that are not in stock are delivered for 10 days maximum – for standard orders and for 24 hours – for emergency orders, if those parts are available in the European Distribution Center.
Besides the standard services Eltrak Bulgaria also trains its customers in the equipment management of their CAT machine fleet.
