Caterpillar’s biggest Parts Distribution Center outside of the U.S. is located in Grimbergen, Belgium. The Center is operating 24 hrs per day / 365 days of the year and ships daily 320 tons of parts.
Caterpillar products are sold and serviced by its global dealer network, consisting of more than 200 dealers, operating in 200 countries. Main priority in the company's policy is to provide, together with its dealers, the highest level of customer service worldwide.
