Sofia Trade and Service Center
Constructed on 17, 000 square meters of its own land, Eltrak Bulgaria’s new trade and service center in Sofia has already opened its doors to meet its customers and partners. The 3-storey building includes a showroom, a parts warehouse and counter, a service area, administrative offices and a training room. Approximately 9000 sq.m. have been allocated to the stock availability of CAT new construction and mining equipment. On a special outdoor machine demonstration area the future owners of CAT machines now have the possibility to test drive the machines to convince themselves in their comfort and ease of operation.
Built according to CAT uncompromising standards, the Eltrak Bulgaria service shop with total area of 1200 sq.m. is provided with modern technical equipment, including:16-ton, 5-ton and 3 ton Demag overhead cranes; a hydraulic cylinder servicer for repair of all kinds of hydraulic cylinders; dedicated shop units, equipped with specialized tools for repair of components (hydraulic pumps, motors, transmissions, etc), electric systems and engines.
Eltrak Bulgaria’s modern parts warehouse currently stocks over 10,000 line items and this number is continually increasing. Situated on two storeys, the new warehouse allows for better logistics and organization, which considerably shortens the time for the parts delivery to customers. Eltrak’s parts counter team can provide assistance with all types of parts for Caterpillar equipment; Drive Train parts, Engine parts, GET (Ground Engaging Tools), parts for Hydraulics, Undercarriage parts and general usage parts including filters and Cat Oils.
