Eltrak Bulgaria Ltd. is the authorized dealer of Caterpillar - the technology leader and the worlds’ largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and lift trucks. The company is also the authorized distributor of Perkins engines, of Bucyrus mining shovels and of Hartl Powercrusher mobile crushing and screening plants.

Eltrak Bulgaria’ s headquarters are located in Sofia, where the company has recently moved to a "state of the art" trade and service center with all technical facilities, providing complete customers’ support. The company has 3 more trade and service centers – in Burgas, Varna and Stara Zagora. Fifteen mobile service units cover the territory of the country, providing technical service for the machines on customers job sites. The company is striving to offer complete business solutions and flexible packages, which include:

      • Sales of construction and mining equipment, warranty and after-sales warranty services;
      • Sales of CAT used equipment;
      • CAT rental machines;

        (FPC), which estimates long terms production rate and cost for a wide variety of earthmoving equipment, allows
        for recommendation of an equipment, providing the optimum productivity at the lowest costs;
      • Training in the equipment operation and maintenance;
      • Original spare parts supply;
      • Repair options for use of new original spare parts or reman parts and component, manufactured by Caterpillar.

Eltrak Bulgaria belongs to the Greek Eltrak Group, which includes three more companies: Eltrak S.A. (the authorized dealer of Caterpillar since 1982, headquartered in Athens, Greece), Elastrak S.A. (the exclusive distributor for Bridgestone, Firestone and Dayton tyres in Greece) and Eltrekka S.A. (Greece’s largest supplier of automobile parts for the aftermarket).

The Eltrak Bulgaria's team consists of over 80 qualified specialists, whose training and practictice follow CAT standards as well as the proven European trends and experience. As a result the company receives its ISO 9001:2008 certification.
