The first sold Cat track-type paver sold in Bulgaria

Cat AP655D is the first track-type paver sold in the country. The model is unique and has already begun working on the restoration of the road infrastructure of Kosharitza vacation village near the Sunny Beach seaside resort. The 19-tonne machine of Caterpillar was bought by the Bourgas company 'Pat-2004' Ltd. After this project, it will also pave the central boulevards in the city of Bourgas – Ivan Vazov Blvd. and Maria Luiza Blvd.
The AP655D was designed for high-production paving applications where optimum paving quality is required at an efficient pace – including motorways, highways, industrial sites and urban and rural roads. Medium-to-high production is assured regardless of material type, as the AP655D easily handles hot or modified bituminous mix, or aggregate production. The AP655D can be fitted with a Mobil-trac™ undercarriage or a steel track undercarriage. The Mobil-trac undercarriage combines the traction and flotation benefits of a crawler undercarriage with the mobility, speed, and ride characteristics of a wheel paver . The steel track undercarriage incorporates track rollers and a quad rear bogey system in order to provide a smooth ride.
The standard paving range of AP655D is from 2.55 m to 5.00 m. The maximum paving width is 8.00 m. The machine is with dual swing-out operator’s station, high capacity cooling system and an advanced material handling system with independent conveyor and auger control. Its engine is the turbocharged, 6-cylinder diesel Cat C6.6 with ACERT® Technology and provides 129.5 kW (173 hp) of gross power.

Caterpillar Inc. announces the addition of the CW34 Pneumatic Roller to the Paving Products machine family. The CW34 is an eight wheel roller with an operating range from 10 to 27 metric tonnes. This machine performs well on granular materials as well as all types of asphalt mix designs and can be used on all phases of compaction due to its high contact pressures. Typical applications include highways, city streets, county roads, lane additions, industrial sites, overlays, airport runways, and other production-sized jobs.

Among the new features are an efficient electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system, new optimized Z-bar loader linkage, refined operator's station and a choice of couplers and buckets for best matching the machine to the application.
15 April 2012 Cat® H2 Series Compact Loaders Benefit From Engine Upgrades
Caterpillar is launching the H2 line of compact wheel loaders, featuring upgraded engines, a revised loader control valve, standard pilot joystick levers and simplified auxiliary hydraulic connections. The 906H2, 907H2 and 908H2 move from the previous Cat® C3.4 engine to the new Cat C3.3B, which meets EU stage IIIA emission standards and US Environmental Protection Agency Tier 4 Interim standards. The 906H2 and 907H2 models benefit from improved torque rise and peak torque resulting in faster response to operator demand.
1 March 2012 Eltrak Bulgaria delivered its first 9-tone diesel powered CAT Lift Truck
Eltrak Bulgaria delivered for Assarel Medet Jsc. a diesel powered lift truck with capacity of 9 tones at LC 600 mm. This is the biggest lift truck of Caterpillar sold in the country. The forklift is model DP90N and is equipped with simplex mast 3000 mm, forks 2440 mm, hydraulic sideshift and fork positioner, FINGERTIP control (CAT’s patent), 3 speed automatic transmission forwards and backwards, lights set, buzzer, pneumatic tyres and luxury, tilting panel cabin. With this purchase the total Cat Lift Trucks fleet of this customer consists of five forklifts and a warehouse truck.

Eltrak Bulgaria has won the third position in the Quality of Services category in the Forbes Business Awards 2011. There were 168 companies competing for this award.
