Eltrak Bulgaria receives ISO 9001:2008 certification

The quality management system of Eltrak Bulgaria is now ISO 9001:2008 certified. The certificate covers all the company’s sales and service activities relating to the products and services it offers, as well as its facilities. The corporate priorities include the customer-oriented policy, the pursuit of leadership, the continuing improvement of all inner processes, the commitment of everyone from the team to the quality goals, and the study of customer satisfaction.

Apart from being an official recognition of Eltrak's high level of organization and services, the ISO 9001:2008 certification is also a guarantee of the company’s long-term engagement to follow the principles and requirements of this standard.

Eltrak Bulgaria has won the third position in the Quality of Services category in the Forbes Business Awards 2011. There were 168 companies competing for this award. This is the first time the prestigious competition is held and the ambition is to have it established as a good tradition. The categories are nine in number and the aspects considered are the attitude to the client, the development of the company and its staff, the quality of products and services, the commitment to social activity, etc.
