Eltrak Bulgaria provides warranty and post-warranty technical service and repair of the Bucyrus mining shovels according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The company’s new Trade and Service Center provides complete customer support. The service shops, with total built-up area of 1200 sq.mtrs, are provided with modern technical equipment, including: 16-tonne, 5-tonne and 3-tonne Demag overhead cranes; a hydraulic cylinder servicer for repair of all kinds of hydraulic cylinders; and dedicated shop units equipped with specialized tools for repair of components and assemblies. Eltrak Bulgaria has available highly qualified engineers, trained in the Bucyrus shovels maintenance. The company also offers original spare parts, components and assemblies.
