Eltrak Bulgaria provides warranty and after-warranty technical services and repairs of the Bucyrus mining shovels according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The company new Trade and Service Center in Sofia secures complete customer support. The service shops, with total built up area of 1200 sq.m., are provided with modern technical equipment, including: 16-ton, 5-ton and 3-ton Demag overhead cranes; a hydraulic cylinder servicer for repair of all kinds of hydraulic cylinders; dedicated shop units, equipped with specialized tools for repair of components and engines. Eltrak Bulgaria has available highly qualified engineers, trained in the Bucyrus shovels maintenance. The company offers as well original spares parts and components.
