Jaw Crushers

The Atlas Copco Jaw crushers has a „quattro movement“. This is made possible by the up-thrust toggle position, giving the swing jaw a very aggressive motion. This means that, when compare to other jaw crushers, Atlas Copco crushers can handle materials which are 25 % larger without having blockages in the crusher inlet. The motion of the swing jaw also gives the material a postcrush as the material leaves the crushing chamber - due to this, Atlas Copco jaw crushers produce a constant and cubically shaped end product.
