Underground Loaders
Constructed to perform in the most demanding underground mining applications, the CAT wheel loaders feature a compact design, high engine power, strong components and excellent maneuverability. With the exception of R1600G, all other machines are equipped with CAT ACERT engines, providing effective work at reduced emissions and reduced fuel consumption. The CAT four-speed planetary power shift transmission with heavy duty components can handle the toughest jobs. Electronic controls allow smooth shifting for greater productivity, durability and longer component life. CAT powerful hydraulics deliver excellent digging and lifting forces to move materials quickly. Pilot operated joysticks provide low effort operation and smooth control. The CAT buckets are with weld-on wear plates in high wear areas to protect the edges from damage. This provides longer bucket life and reduced costs for bucket rebuilds.
